After only 6 months in charge, Holmes succeeded where almost every other All Saints manager succeeded - A cup semi final, and promptly failed where every other Saints manager has failed - Losing a cup semi final.  The new boss took over the reigns at the start of the season from the highly unsuccessful Bob Hill in a blaze of publicity and hasn't let the players or fans down.  Once had a top twenty hit single in the 60's with, "I'm a little cockney sparrow (Chirpy Chirpy Chirp)"
