I have been in touch with
a friend who owns his own company called Get Oily, and as he is
an avid football fan I have approached him for sponsorship, basically
I'm trying to tap him for the money for a new kit and if possible the
remainder of the outstanding balance owed to Broadfields.
Initial negotiations are going well, I have informed him of the cost
of the new kit and he seemed fairly happy so, fingers crossed, we will
have a sparkly new kit next season. He did however seem a bit
disappointed that we did not win a trophy last season, so for a bit of
a joke I interjected that if we win a trophy this season we would
expect a 'Win Bonus' on top of any sponsorship paid. I think he
took this seriously and said he would think about it along with the
deal we had discussed! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!
The kit I have picked
out is displayed below, it is the new 2001/2 Celtic Home Kit Replica,
Nice I'm sure you will agree. It is from a company called The
Soccer Company. The entire kit will cost, around £500 including
printing etc.
